Ville Hotel offers wireless connection in all rooms, what allows guests to keep their laptops connected with the best broadcast wireless of Sao Paulo.
Our parking lot is located on the 1st and 2nd basement of the Hotel.
In case you come to Sao Paulo by your own vehicle, we inform that by using the parking lot, you will get a R$10,00-tax added to your daily-tax, independently the room you choose to stay in.
For your own comfort, we ask you to, when booking, please, inform if you are using, or not, the parking lot.
The parking lot is available 24 hours a day, but the maneuvered service is only available from Mondays to Fridays, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. After this schedule and on the weekends, the guest should maneuver his vehicle himself.
The Hotel offers a Laundromat service from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Guests are asked to call the Laundromat service one day before, avoiding delays. The ironing service can attend during the same day.
Understanding our guests’ necessities, the ironing service is not charged.
